Revebe Alert ("Revebe Alert", "we", "our", or "us"), a product of Revebe Digital Private Limited, respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you install and use the Revebe Alert app for Shopify, our website https://revebealert.com, and our integration with the WhatsApp Business API provided by Meta. By installing or using the app, you agree to this policy.
Shopify Store Data: when you install the app, we access store information, orders, checkouts/abandoned carts, fulfilment status and order tags through Shopify's APIs, as needed to trigger and send messages.
Customer Data: customer name, phone number and order details contained in your Shopify orders, used solely to deliver the WhatsApp messages you enable.
Merchant Information: store domain, contact email, billing/plan details and app configuration settings.
Usage Data: message logs (sent/delivered status), IP address, device and browser data, and app usage logs.
Revebe Alert sends messages through the official WhatsApp Business API using your own approved WhatsApp Business number. Phone numbers and message content are processed through Meta Platforms, Inc. infrastructure to deliver messages. We do not access or store WhatsApp conversations beyond the message logs required to operate the service and comply with legal requirements. Your use of WhatsApp is also subject to Meta's terms and policies.
We share information with Meta Platforms when WhatsApp messages are sent, with Shopify as part of the app integration, and with trusted infrastructure providers (hosting, analytics). We do not sell personal data to third parties.
We retain message logs and configuration only as long as necessary to operate the service, provide support and comply with legal obligations. When you uninstall the app, related data is deleted in accordance with Shopify's mandatory data-erasure webhooks and Section 9 below.
We implement safeguards including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure server environments, controlled database access and access authentication. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of personal data, withdraw consent, and request data portability. Requests can be sent to info@revebe.com.
Merchants and their customers may request deletion of personal data by emailing info@revebe.com, or see our Data Deletion page. We also honour Shopify's customers/redact, shop/redact and customers/data_request webhooks. Verified data is deleted within 30 days unless retention is required by law.
Our services are not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
Our services may process data in countries where our infrastructure or partners (including Meta and Shopify) operate. We ensure reasonable safeguards for international transfers.
Our app integrates with Shopify, Meta / the WhatsApp Business Platform, and infrastructure providers. These third parties have their own privacy policies that govern their handling of data.
